Robb is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Circular Services, where he leads the West operations team with a rare combination of strategic vision, technical expertise, and genuine care for the people he serves. Since joining in 2021, he has strengthened operational systems, elevated facility performance, and fostered a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the region.

With more than 30 years of recycling and waste management experience, Robb brings an exceptional track record in operations optimization and facility development. He has held senior leadership roles across several industrial-scale processing organizations. Most recently, he served as AMP Robotics’ Vice President of Facility Development and Operations. He previously served as COO at Midwest Recycling Service and Sales, where he played an instrumental role in designing, building, commissioning, and optimizing material recovery facilities (MRFs) nationwide. Prior to that, he held leadership positions for Rational Energies, Bulk Handling Systems (BHS), Greenstar North America, and TRI-R Systems Corp. 

Robb holds a BA in Organizational Development from Regis University, and outside of his professional work, he is an avid outdoors and adventure enthusiast, bringing the same enthusiasm to his personal pursuits as he does to his leadership in the recycling sector.
