Recycling Education & Research Foundation Accepting Applications for Veterans Stipend
(July 29, 2025 – Washington, D.C.) – The Recycling Education & Research Foundation (RERF) announced today that it is accepting applications for its Veterans Stipend Program. The $2,500 stipend provides financial support to veterans enrolled in a formal training or licensing program. The funds can be used to cover expenses unrelated to tuition that are often not permitted through traditional government or financial assistance programs.
“Honoring our heroes with a veteran stipend isn’t just a gesture—it’s a powerful commitment that our industry gives to their dignity, stability, and well-being,” said Christine Gneiding, RERF Chair and Trader with Intrametco. “When we support those who served, we strengthen the values they fought to protect.”
