Event Venue
Enjoy the comfort of Hilton’s Serenity beds, a 55-inch HDTV with streaming services, desk, and WiFi. The Hilton Serenity beds feature allergen-free down comforters and pillows, elegant sheets and duvet covers, plus mattress sets designed for added support and comfort.
The property is located two miles from Old Town Scottsdale’s shopping and dining. Nightlife, art galleries, and world-class golf courses are within a 10-minute drive. Camelback Mountain and Scottsdale Stadium are also nearby. Dine at the on-site restaurants or unwind in the heated outdoor pool.
A limited number of sleeping rooms have been reserved at the discounted rate of $264 single/double per night. There is an additional $25 group fee added per night to help offset the costs of this event. Hotel reservations must be made no later than September 6, 2025, to receive the discounted rate.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing on or before October 15, 2025 will receive a full registration fee refund minus a $50 administrative fee. ReMA will provide a refund equal to 50% of the registration fee for registration cancellations made in writing after the October 15, 2025 deadline.
