Hotel Venue
ReMA has secured a limited number of sleeping rooms at a discounted rate at the Hyatt Regency Louisville, 320 W Jefferson St, Louisville, KY 40202. Registration on or before Wednesday, October 15 and for The ReMA 2025 Operations & Safety Forum is required for the opportunity to secure a hotel reservation at the discounted ReMA rate. Discounted rooms are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
Individuals will receive an emailed confirmation once registered and this confirmation will include detailed information regarding next steps for how to reserve a hotel room at the discounted ReMA rate. Registration for The ReMA 2025 Operations & Safety Forum is required for eligibility to reserve a hotel room at the discounted ReMA rate.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing on or before October 15, 2025 will receive a full registration fee refund minus a $50 administrative fee. ReMA will provide a refund equal to 50% of the registration fee for registration cancellations made in writing after the October 15, 2025 deadline.
