ReMA Pathways Program – Employers

The ReMA Pathways program provides ReMA members with another resource to attract talent, fill workforce needs and critical competency gaps, support diversity efforts, and supplement the competitive hiring process.

Participating students receive meaningful training, monetary compensation, and mentoring, all of which can lead to successful career opportunities.

Internships

Internships are for students eager to learn and develop their skills while enrolled in college.

Fellowships

Fellowships are for students within three years of graduation keen to learn and grow in a business.

Process

ReMA staff recruits students for the program, via Handshake, virtual and in-person career and recruitment fairs, posting information to social media, and working with schools on how to make information and the application processes more accessible to their students.

To be eligible for employment, students are expected to complete a specified number of work experience hours or certificates (if applicable) and meet the qualifications for the position.

Fellowships

The Fellowship Program provides paid developmental experiential learning experiences for graduating seniors and recent graduates. To be eligible, applicants must apply within two years of completion of a qualifying degree. Successful applicants are placed in a dynamic, structured, progressive one-year program that can potentially result in a career employment offer.

Internships

The Internship Program provides students enrolled in an accredited college or university with paid opportunities to work either part- or full-time at participating ReMA member companies and explore career paths related to their academic fields of study or career interests. Full/part-time one-year and summer internships are offered to eligible students who have completed at least one year of academic studies and any additional qualifications specified by the hiring ReMA member company.
