  • 2015 KY SB 19, effective 06/22/15, amends KRS Title XVIII, Ch. 218A, Section 420: Controlled Substances – Procedure for disposal of seized and forfeited property, to require that vehicles determined to be contaminated with methamphetamine must be destroyed or salvaged only for scrap metal.
