Event Details
Last week, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced the imposition of a 100 percent domestic purchasing requirement for recycled tungsten and black mass under the Defense Production Act. These export restrictions go into effect on August 27, 2026. Executives from ReMA staff and member companies will meet with senior political officials at the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) on August 11 about this temporary final rule.
Please join us for a Members-Only briefing to review this action by the Trump Administration, discuss ReMA’s strategy in response, and focus on the potential impact for the U.S. recycled materials industry.
